          Our sales staff knows SECURITHOR and participated actively in the design. They are your entry point at MCDI and can guide you to decide which of the SECURITHOR options are right for you.
          Many features such as Web Access Module or Virtual Panic Buttons require prior set-up. MCDI Sales support team can arrange a private demo for you.

          At MCDI most support issues are handled directly by developers. Not by a phone operators or by a ticket system.
          They are the very ones that made your SECURITHOR and nobody knows it better. With evolving technology you can count on them to keep your SECURITHOR updated.

        We concentrate on what we do best: Alarm receivers and Monitoring Software.
        It’s not a hobby or a passing thing. We are doing it since 1994 and continue at our Montreal offices under our original management.

        Many thousands of installation later we are still doing it and we still talk to original customers.

        Several distributors are partners since the start. Stratel from Malaysia, Syscom from Mexico, Fiesa from Argentina have been partners with MCDI for nearly 20 years.

        MCDI regularly exchange with industry leaders to make partnerships, especially in the field of IP receiving and video integration.
